3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Supply necessary content and materials
- Maintain ownership rights for submitted content
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
4. Payments
All fees, pricing, timelines, and payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
- Diziket retains ownership of proprietary tools, processes, frameworks, and reusable code components.
- Ownership transfer of final deliverables may be subject to full payment.
6. Website Security and Limitation of Liability
Diziket follows industry-standard development and security practices to reduce risks and vulnerabilities.
However:
- No website, application, server, plugin, software, hosting environment, or digital platform can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or hack-proof.
- Security maintenance services reduce risk but do not eliminate the possibility of cyberattacks, data breaches, malware infections, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or other security incidents.
Accordingly, Diziket shall not be liable for:
- Website hacking incidents
- Data breaches
- Data loss
- Malware infections
- Unauthorized access
- Loss of revenue
- Business interruption
- Reputation damage
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from security incidents
Clients acknowledge and accept these inherent risks associated with internet-based technologies.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party providers including hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, software providers, and cloud services.
Diziket is not responsible for failures, outages, vulnerabilities, breaches, pricing changes, or actions caused by third-party providers.
8. Website Audits
Free website audits are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of performance, security, ranking improvements, or business results.
9. Warranties
All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diziket disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Diziket harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from misuse of services, client-provided content, or violations of applicable laws.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to agreed contractual terms.
Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
