2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

- Any Service Delivered Digitally
3. Project Deposits and Advance Payments
Any advance payment, booking fee, setup fee, discovery fee, consultation fee, or project deposit paid to secure project commencement is non-refundable.
Such payments are used to allocate resources, reserve project schedules, conduct research, and begin project planning.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- No work has been started on the project; and
- The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
Approval of refunds remains solely at the discretion of Diziket.
5. Partial Refunds
Where applicable, Diziket may issue a partial refund after deducting:
- Hours already worked
- Design work completed
- Development work completed
- Consulting hours provided
- Administrative costs
- Third-party expenses
- Software licenses purchased
- Domain registrations
- Hosting costs
- Payment processing fees
The remaining balance, if any, may be refunded.
6. Client Delays and Abandoned Projects
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days.
- Required content, approvals, credentials, or materials are not provided.
- The project is delayed due to the client's actions or inaction.
- The client decides not to continue after work has commenced.
Projects inactive for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned.
7. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Budget changes
- Internal management decisions
- Preference changes after approval
- Choosing another service provider
8. Website Performance and Results
Diziket does not guarantee:
- Specific revenue increases
- Lead generation results
- Search engine rankings
- Website traffic levels
- Conversion rates
- Business growth
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with business outcomes or performance metrics beyond our direct control.
9. Security-Related Incidents
Although we implement industry-standard security practices and may provide security maintenance services, no website can be guaranteed to be completely secure or hack-proof.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Website hacking incidents
- Malware attacks
- Data breaches
- Unauthorized access
- Hosting vulnerabilities
- Third-party software vulnerabilities
- Cybersecurity incidents beyond our reasonable control
10. Third-Party Services
Refunds cannot be provided for third-party products or services, including but not limited to:
- Domain registrations
- Web hosting
- SSL certificates
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Software licenses
- API subscriptions
- Cloud services
- Email services
Any refund requests for such services must be directed to the respective provider.
11. Subscription and Maintenance Plans
Monthly, quarterly, or annual maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time.
However:
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Diziket first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks after services have been delivered may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Project termination
- Recovery actions for unpaid amounts
- Legal remedies where permitted by law
13. Exceptions
Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by Diziket.
No verbal statements or informal communications shall override this policy.
